To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, and to ensure that you receive the package within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and include all relevant and / or required information. Using the correct abbreviation, street number, building or apartment number, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. If the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect or entered incorrectly, we will not be responsible for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered goods.
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, which is different from the time it takes the applicable carrier to pick up the goods from our fulfillment center to reach the destination. Depending on many factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to be processed.
After the payment is authorized and verified, the standard order still needs 2 working days to process. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

If for any reason you have not received this email, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your order progress in a timely manner.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse to send any goods from Sharkshape.com, you will bear the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credits issued.
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) items are out of stock: We will continue to ship the rest of your order and refund your original payment method for the items you are out of stock.
Reserved rights related to transportation
Although we will make every effort to meet your shipping and billing preferences, to protect our Customer, Sharkshape reserves the right to require customers to use "universal" shipping and billing addresses if we are unable to process orders. Or verify the shipping address provided.
